BITUTAK MB SMOOTH
BITUTAK MB SMOOTH is a 150 mils (3.8 mm) heat-welded cap sheet membrane composed of a blend of APP (atactic polypropylene) polymers, select asphalts and a non-woven polyester reinforcement with a sanded surface. Membrane is film-backed for ease of heat-welding installation.

Surface Preparation
The substrate should be clean, stable, dry and free of any loose materials, or grease and contaminants, which will compromise the performance of the product.
Restrictions
This product can be applied directly only on non-combustible subtrates. A protection sheet such as RESISTO SEMI-RIGID ASPHALT BOARD needs to be covering combustible substrates (such as wood, plywood and OSB) before application of the product. Never apply this product over solvent-based materials. Keep away any combustible material from open flame. The product can be used as a cap sheet, but a UV-resistant coating needs to be applied uniformly on the sanded surface of the membrane after torching on substrate.
