ICF FOUNDATION MEMBRANE
Self-adhesive membrane dedicated to the waterproofing of insulated concrete form (ICF) foundations. It is composed of 1 mm thick SBS modified bitumen and a trilaminate woven polyethylene. The underface is composed of a silicone release film. This membrane is primarily designed to waterproof insulated concrete form (ICF) foundations.

Storage instructions
Rolls should be stored upright, tape side up, protected from weather damage and UV rays. If the products are stored outdoors, cover them with an opaque protective cover after removing the delivery packaging.

Surface Preparation
ICF FOUNDATION MEMBRANE can generally be installed without primer over clean, dry ICF surfaces requiring damp proofing. If ICF FOUNDATION MEMBRANE is intended to be used in areas requiring waterproofing or if specific conditions call for the use of primer, such as high concentration of dust, use H2O PRIMER , which is a water-based primer. Solvent-based primers may damage the polystyrene and therefore must not be used.
Restrictions
It is not recommended to use a product containing bitumen directly on softwood boards or flexible polyvinyl chloride. When waterproofing foundation, backfill should be free of debris to ensure proper water drainage towards the drain. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the products are installed according to the applicable Building Codes and the requirements of local authorities.
